Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a great week! See below for updates.
Interloans Reminder - Choose Organizations
When requesting a book from other schools, don't forget to click the Select Organizations with Available Copies button or untick any schools that have 0 copies available. This saves other schools from going to their shelves for a book that is not available.

Discards - Write-Offs
Cristy recently sent out an email with information about upcoming discard pick-up. See the list below of resources to help you prepare for pick-up.
Weeding Report: Run a report in Accessit to view checkout statistics for items in your collection.
Write-Off: When removing items from the library, write off the items in the library catalog.
Inventory
The Inventory page has been updated with a video, step-by-step guide, and checklist. If you decide to conduct an inventory, this is just in time for parent-teacher conferences! For additional information, view the Inventory Policy page.
Database Information
During the first semester, we created a document with each building's district database links and password information. We asked each of you to view the document and add any additional building-purchased database information. This document is found in your building folder, which also houses the quarterly reports. Click here to view the blog post with details about accessing and entering your building subscriptions.
While some of you have completed this document, others have not. If you do not have any building purchases, please enter that none are purchased.
Please complete by February 14th ♥️.
PebbleGo (Elementary)
PebbleGo reached out with additional resources that may be of interest. Please view the links below. These links have been added to the Library Libguide.
I hope access to PebbleGo in Classlink is going well. Please put in a BV Care ticket if you, your teachers or students cannot access Pebblego through Classlink. The Digital Management Team will work with you to solve the issue.
AASL Youth Media Awards were announced on Monday. Click here to see the list.
