Printing End of Year Letters - Step 1 under Accessit Tasks (EOY Checklist)

If you are having trouble printing the end-of-year letters in Accessit, here are some troubleshooting tips.  

Directions 

  • Clear browser settings. Make sure you choose All Time under the date range drop-down. (I know I say this to fix a lot of things, but it fixes a lot of glitches.)
  • Restart your computer.
  • Make sure you log out each night and log in each day to Accessit.  Try re-logging in (Is that a word?) to Accessit before trying to print letters.
  • Choose a smaller batch of letters to print at a time. Start with a grade level or class.  If that does not process the letters, within a class, choose 25 and see if it will print.  Play with the amount until it starts printing.
  • When patience is thin, walk away from your computer. You may come back to find that it has finally processed the letters. This happened to me last night—it took 15 minutes or so to process.  

I am working with Accessit to find a better resolution to this issue.
