Evernote
Evernote is a web-based organizational site that gives users a way to save
notes, grab clips/links to web pages, add attachments, and more. Evernote is
accessible from any computer or mobile device with Internet access. Notes
sync between mobile devices when logged into a user’s account.
Explain Everything
Explain Everything allows users to upload images, annotate and record audio.
Videos can then be shared to the Camera Roll, Dropbox, Edmodo and Google
Drive.
Google Docs
Google Docs is an online word processor, similar to Microsoft Word, that lets
you create and format text documents and collaborate with people in real time.
You can invite others via email to edit or view the documents. Additional
features include keeping track of who made changes to a document, view
document revision history and roll back to any previous version. Easily
download Google Docs as Word, OpenOffice, rtf, pdf, HTML or zip files.
Google Draw
With Google Draw you can easily create, share and edit a drawing online
through Google Drive. Using Google Draw you can insert lines, shapes, text
boxes, images, free hand writing and more. Google Draw is easy to use for
collaboration by sharing with staff and students. The comment feature allows
written feedback all within the drawing.
Google Forms
With Google Forms you can:
• Create a “form”
• Invite others via email to edit or view the form
• Conduct surveys, registrations or collect data
• Keep track of who made changes to a form, view the form and revision
history and roll back to previous versions
• Allow real-time viewing of the form, online, and from separate remote
locations
• Download the results to a Google Sheet document for further data
manipulation.
Google Keep
Google Keep is a syncing notepad that connects to Google Drive. It allows you to quickly
take notes, photos, and create checklists. Access your notes from any web enabled
device or through the app. Voice memos can be added to notes using the app.
Google Photos
Google Photos provides cloud storage for your photos and videos using your
Google account. Easily upload photos from any device and share through a link.
Access your photos from the web or Google Photos App.
Google Sheets
With Google Sheets you can create and edit an “Excel-like” spreadsheet using
Google Drive. You can share spreadsheets via email, Edmodo, Dropbox or
share link. All changes and work are automatically saved.
Google Slides
With Google Slides you can easily create, share and edit a presentation online
through Google Drive. Using Google Slides you can embed videos, change
backgrounds/themes, add transitions and much more. Google Slides is easy to
use for collaboration by sharing with staff and students. The comment features
allows written feedback within the presentation.
Google Tour Builder
Browser-based tool for creating interactive tours. Placemarks are
added and up to 25 images and videos can be added for each
placemark/location. Google Earth interactive window is available
for each placemark/location.
Green Screen
Green Screen by Do Ink makes it easy to create incredible green screen videos
and images right on your iPad. You can combine images from two sources into a
single layer image. Green Screen is compatible with Apple iPads.
iMotion
With iMotion users can take photos at an interval to show changes. Photos are
combined into a movie.
Nearpod
Nearpod lets you create interactive presentations that can be viewed from a
mobile device or computer. Teachers can add polls, videos, open ended
questions and quizzes into their presentations. From a mobile device, a
teacher can launch a presentation and students can access on their devices
and answer the question prompts.
Padlet
Padlet is an online announcement and post-it page. Create a wall to
add notes; others can add notes as well. Audio, video and images can
be added to your wall.
Plickers
Plickers website and app allows teachers to collective formative assessment
data using one device. Students are given a matrix barcode on paper – each side
is A,B, C, or D or true/false. The teacher scans the room with the one device to
capture student answers based off the matrix.
Powtoon
PowToon allows users to create dynamic movies and presentations using
predesigned characters, transitions, animations and more. Share with a link.
Prezi
Prezi is a presentation tool allowing users to creatively display ideas.
Scratch
Scratch is a coding website for users to create stories, animations, games and
more.
Seesaw
Seesaw is a digital portfolio tool for teachers and students. Students and teachers
may post items for others to view, comment and share with parents. Class
blogging options are available as well.
Storybird
Create an online ebook using the Storybird artwork and templates.

Super Collage
Super Collage allows users to create personalized photo collages.
Symbaloo
Symbaloo is a bookmarking and curation tool for users to store and share
favorite websites.
Thinglink
The Thinglink App syncs users web account images and allows user to create new interactive images on the app.
Images are shareable through url address.
Timeline JS
Timeline JS is an open-source tool that enables anyone to build visually rich,
interactive timelines. Beginners can create a timeline using nothing more than
a Google spreadsheet.
Vocaroo
Vocaroo is a web 2.0 voice recording tool.
Voicethread
Voicethread is a collaborative, online presentation tool where users
can add images, videos, files and provide comments. There are also a
variety of ways to share the Voicethread.
Woordle
Wordle is a web 2.0 tool to create word clouds.

Apple TV
With Apple TV, users can wirelessly project an iPad screen to display on a
projector. The Apple TV is a small black box located on top of the projector.
Mac Computer - Access BV Server
Access the H: Drive (Teacher Folder) and T: Drive (Collaboration/Building Folder)
on a district provided Mac computer.

Book Creator
Book Creator on the iPad allows users to create an ebook with audio, video, photos, links, drawings and text. Save the
file in .epub format and access from iBooks or any ebook reader.
Evernote
Evernote on the iPad is an organizational app that gives users a way
to save notes, record voice, grab clips of web pages, and more.
Evernote is accessible from any computer or mobile device with
Internet access. Items placed in Evernote on an iPad will sync with a
user’s account.
Garage Band
GarageBand for iPad allows users to create a song, record audio and much
More.

app you can upload Microsoft documents, photos and videos. All uploaded files
can be shared via email, Edmodo, Dropbox or share link. All editing and
changes made are automatically saved. Google Drive app works with Apple and
Android products.

blocks of code to create your own programs. Create games, stories,
animations and more.
Notability
Notability for the iPad an all-in-one note-taking app that allows you to
handwrite or type your notes with ease. Notability also gives you the
option to annotate PDF files or include audio and pictures in your note.

ReadWriteThink
RWT Timeline app allows students to create a graphical representation of an
event or process by displaying items sequentially along a line. Timelines can be
organized by time of day, date, or event, and the tool allows users to create a
label with short descriptive text. Timelines can be saved as drafts or saved as
final and exported to the camera roll. This app can be found in the iTunes and
Google Play store.
