In order to access our e-books, please download the Axis 360 app. Search for Lakewood Middle School. Your username is your school ID number. Your PIN is the month and day of your birthday (example: if your birthday is January 14 your PIN is 0114). To search what e-books we have available, click the Magic Wall below.
Staff members: your ID number is also your username. If your ID number is five digits long, you need to add 9000 in front of your number. (example: if your number is 12345 you would put in 900012345.) Your PIN is the last four digits of the phone number Human Resources has on file.
