Office Hours

Below are Mrs. Bowlin's and Mrs. Chopp's office hours.  While we will be checking our email throughout the day, these are the times we are guaranteed to be available to help you out.

Mrs. Bowlin 

  • Monday/Wednesday: 1:30-2:30
  • Tuesday/Thursday:  9:30-10:30

Mrs. Chopp

  • Monday-Thursday:  2:00-3:00

E-books are still available!

Even though we are not together physically, there are still ways to get great books into your hands.  Please reach out to Mrs. Bowlin (kabowlin@bluevalleyk12.org) or Mrs. Chopp (echopp@bluevalleyk12.org) if you need assistance or recommendations!

1.  e-books through the BV Libraries (click here): 

*click Login

*Library Card ID is your lunch number/student ID (ex: 1000XXXX)

*PIN is your birth month and day:  mmdd 

2.  The Johnson County Library has even more resources.  You can find audiobooks, magazines, ebooks and more! 

*You need a library card number, but you can EASILY get one online by clicking here

*If you already have a card number/PIN from JoCo, access thousands of resources in the eLibrary.

3.  Mid-Continent Public Library is a major library system on the Missouri side that offers reciprocity to those with a Johnson County Library Card/eCard.

*Once you have successfully logged into JoColibrary.org with a number and PIN you can link the accounts.  When you attempt to login to MCPL, it will allow you to link your JoCo account.  Click here to link accounts.  

*The eBooks platform from MCPL is OverDrive unlike Axis360 from JoCo.  It is even easier to use, and they have great online support if you struggle.  Click here to explore the eLibrary collection from MCPL.
