Hi everyone! I had to send out some good news from Accessit. I just received this email about the request to place ILL requests in the Management App. See the message below:
This past fall, you had written to Accessit Support asking for a way to place an Interlibrary Loan request in the Management App on behalf of a patron, rather than have to go through the Web App. I am excited to share that we have just added this functionality to the system!
Next week, be on the lookout for update 9.2.21 -- you will see the green "magic wand" icon in the Action Bar of your Management App once the update has been made.
Clicking that icon will provide you with a link to the New Features Summary article on the Customer Portal, where you can read all about the new features that are being added -- including the ability to search the Union Catalog and place ILL requests through the Management App.
It looks like I will need to turn on this feature once it is released. Look for an email next week from me that it is available to you. Have a great weekend!
