How will things be different with Accessit at the end of the year?
*Reports - you get to run your reports anytime, anywhere, for any reason.
Go to the Management App > Reports & Statistics (left sidebar) > Usage Reports.

*Communication - We will send out directions for communicating with students and staff about the items they have checked out. You may be running overdue notices, which works great, too. We will have information for an end-of-year notification you can use as well.
*Billing - We will be scaffolding the billing process, focusing on 5th, 8th, and 12th graders right now. At this moment, Cristy and I are focusing on the process with 12th grade. Once that gets cleared, we will move to 8th and 5th graders. Cristy will communicate about this process to each level. We started with high school since 12th grade graduates early.
*ILL - When you send out overdue notices or other communication to a student in your building, any books checked out as an Interloan will be included. There is no need for a loaning school to send a notice to another building.
ILL Clean Up
Continue to clean up your Interloan lists by Accepting or Denying requests. This allows the requesting building to remove the ILL (if needed).
