Updates: Accessit pushed out an update on November 27th. The update fixed glitches in the Interloan process, provided the ability to renew from the overdue list, and sort by title when placing a hold. Details are below.

Renew from Overdue List

To renew loans from the Overdue Lists screen, choose the groups to display by going to Overdues > Overdue Lists > Select Overdues By.  Select the relevant rows and select Renew.

On the next screen, click Renew or designate a specific due date.

 

 

Sort by Title - Placing a Hold on Circ Screen

You can place a hold on a book in your building when on the Circulation (check out screen).  

On the next screen, when searching for a book, you can sort the results by title (an option that was not available).

Reports

When creating reports in the Management app, you may encounter the option to use Patron History Data. However, it has been suggested that you do not use Patron History Data since it refers to the previous class/grade and tends to mess up reports.

Management App slow or acting funny? Refresh the server.

If Accessit appears slow or nonresponsive, try refreshing the Management app. From the app's home page, click on the very small double-circle arrows in the left corner.  

 

End of the Semester Reports

If you create an end-of-the-semester report (not required), here are some places to locate data to include - 

Accessit Reports:

Go to the Management App > Reports and Statistics > Usage Reports – then choose from the Report list.

Web Reports > Web App - User Activity Overview: View an overview of Web APp searches and activity by user. You may be able to pull some data from here - I would not share the entire list.

Top Usage Statistics > Most Popular Resources: View the most popular titles.

Library Usage Group > Collection (checked out/in): View the checkout numbers of materials by genre/type.

 

Database Reports:

We only have access to statistics for district-paid resources.  If you would like statistics for Pebblego, please submit a BV Care ticket with Becca.

I believe SIRS and the Gale products provide statistics for secondary librarians. Contact Becca if you would like assistance gathering data.

 

Secondary only - Libguides:

While logged into Libguides, you will see Statistics located in the orange menu bar.
