Ordering:
Reminder to make sure you include your building name in the list name when sharing your order with Carla at LTS. She had a few instances this year where that was not done. If you have questions about the ordering process, please let us know.
How to Change a List Name:
Follett:
- Go to Saved Lists (top right toolbar).
- Click See All Lists.
- To the right of the list you need to adjust, click Options.
- Edit List Name and Notes.
- Include your building name or abbreviation in the list.
Mackin:
Go to My Account (menu). Choose My Lists.
Click the drop-down arrow, Manage, and change it to Edit.
- A window will appear with details about your list.
Adjust the title.
When meeting with grade-level PLCs, you may want to bring a list of books available in your collection about upcoming content. Create a list in the Web App that you can print. Click here for directions.
Interloan Email Notification
At the secondary level, students will receive an email from Accessit when their Interloan arrives.
If the student places the request or we place it for them in the Management App (Management > Interloans > Make New Request), it will send out an email once the book is scanned when it arrives from the other building.
If we place the request for the student in the Web App under our Circ account, the student does not receive an email notification.
