Happy Friday! Enjoy a few Accessit tips -
ILL - Select Organizations with Available Copies:
When approving interlibrary loan requests from your patrons and submitting the request to other schools to fill, you can now filter by available copies.
Within the Management App, under Our Requests, click Choose Organizations once you accept a new request.
The new option, Select organizations with available copies, will filter the list of organizations/libraries by availability. Clicking it will automatically untick the rows for libraries with no copies available.
Other interlibrary loan improvements:
- Streamlined workflow when filling requests: when lending to another school for the first time, the patron record for that school will be created automatically. It is no longer necessary to click and confirm record creation.
- Improved accuracy of real-time holdings availability displayed during Union Catalog search via the Web App.
- Improved performance when submitting and filling multi-copy requests.
ILL Helpful Tip - Sort by Current Status or Title:
With the many ILL requests, the list can appear messy, and it is difficult to find what you need. Use the headings to organize the information and help you locate needed information.
When looking for a specific book, click the Title, which will alphabetize the titles.
Need to see the items that are out or being returned to you? Sort by Current Status.
This list contains ILL status notifications.
