Book Cost
Do you notice an incorrect amount for the book, or does it say $0? You can adjust the prices on the copy record of the title.
Search for the book. It typically brings up the Resource Record. Double-click on the barcode to bring up the copy record.
Adjust the price to what is appropriate.
There is no “save” button, but it should automatically save. I always click into another box and see if the price stays. If so, you are good.
ILL - Accept or Deny old ones
Please take a few minutes to deny old ILL requests. This will help other schools cancel or delete old requests that were never filled.
If you are in the process of canceling or removing requests and you cannot do so, please contact the building(s) that have not Accepted or Denied the request. Ask them to deny it and then you can remove/cancel.
If that doesn’t work or is not the issue, put in a BV Care ticket. Becca will try to cancel or delete, or she will send the issue to Accessit.
Kiosk Feedback
Please take a few minutes to complete the Kiosk Form.
*I will be asking for you to bring the Inatek scanners (the ones that came with the Kiosks) to our end-of-year breakfast. I need to update the firmware in June and return in August.

End of Year Information - Coming soon!
As we get closer to the end of the year, our anxiety rises (or maybe I should just say—mine would increase) with the number of books checked out. First, congratulations on providing access to thousands of resources for your students and staff. Second, remember many, many books will be making their way back to you in the next few weeks. It will happen!
I will provide directions for communicating with students and staff other than overdue notices, how to run "reports" to view what is checked out, and more. For now, continue to focus on your students and staff - providing resources, collaborating, and all the other amazing stuff that you do!
