Who else is counting down the days until the end of the year? I hope you had a great week! Here are a few things to know.

In celebration of School Library Month, we put together goodies to send to each of your buildings. Buildings with library paras will receive two - one for the librarian (card with a librarian definition) and one for the library para (card with a library quote).  We appreciate all that you do! 

Spending/Purchase Orders

The final date for any purchase orders to be submitted using funds from the current school year budget is May 15. You may need to check with your bookkeeper in case they need it a few days prior to this.

 

EOY Check List Email

An email was sent out this morning with information about End of Year Procedures.  When you click on the document link, it should force a copy. If it doesn't, you may need to log out of Google and log back in with your BV username and pw.  Let me know if you have trouble opening.

 

Interloans

When requesting multiple copies from other buildings, you may notice the Elementary Sandbox appearing as a school to request items. Please uncheck this school from the list.  *It is a glitch that the developers are working to fix. It should typically not appear.

 

 

Adobe Express or Creative Cloud Express (formerly called Adobe Spark) provides creative tools for students to use through a web browser.  Available in Classlink (search Creative Cloud or Adobe Express, log in with Google one time, and it saves your password).  

This Saturday, there is a training just for school librarians hosted by Adobe.  All sessions will be recorded for viewing later.
