For your third quarter culminating project, you will be making your own political cartoons about any of the conflicts we have discussed in class this semester. This includes the Spanish-American War, World War I, World War II, Vietnam, and the War on Terror (starting after 9/11).
TASK:
1. Research opposing viewpoints on your chosen conflict utilizing the library database provided.
2. Compile your research into a one-page, MLA-cited paper comparing differing American perspectives on the conflict.
3. Create a political cartoon demonstrating your own personal opinion about the conflict. On the back of your political cartoon you will write a one-paragraph explanation of how you formed your personal opinion.
