ELA10 Teen Social Issues Research: Home

Assignment Overview

You will research a teen social issue. You will research background information and the impacts on teens about the social issue. Your goal is bringing awareness to the issue and persuading others not to participate. Ultimately, you will create a synthesis paper that contains your researched information plus connections you can make to this issue (more on this later!). We will use both databases and websites for our research.

Your completed notecards are due:

  • Odd Classes: end of class, Wednesday, 10/22
  • Even Classes: end of class, Thursday, 10/23

**You won't turn any notecards into Canvas. You will share your NoodleTools project with your teacher, and this is how you will "turn in" the notecards.**
