You will perform light research on your chosen molecular gastronomy cooking process. You will also be responsible for making a dish that features your topic/process. Ultimately, you will present this information to the class in a fun, creative way, and one lucky person will be crowned TOP CHEF AP CHEM! You will have one library day to research, but you may need to finish up your research outside of class. Have fun and good luck!
For this project, you must use at least one database article from Science in Context. You may branch out to websites if necessary, but make sure you aren't using anything student produced (Prezis, Google Sites, Wix, Weebly, etc.). You may not use Wikipedia as a source!
