Now that you have decided what Global Issue you would like to focus on for the semester, it is now time to write-up a formal proposal of your project idea. All future assignments will be ways to promote this proposal/project idea. Please compose a three to five page, MLA report to answer the guiding questions below. Once completed, your peers will review your proposal and you will be required to make the recommended changes, before submitting the final draft. This report will be graded using the 6-Trait Writing Rubric below.
