Your group will research a food safety term/topic with your group.  Once you understand the ins & outs, you will create a storyboard that will eventually be made into an infomercial (1-2 minutes) using WeVideo.

• cross-contamination
• cooking temperatures
• proper hand-washing technique
• safe use of kitchen equipment/tools
• proper glove usage
• food borne illnesses (pick one)
• food allergens
• chemical safety (use or storage)

• proper dress & kitchen attire (dos and don'ts)
• kitchen communication

• Identify the problem (severe acne)
• Make a promise (clearer skin in 30 days)
• Before/after pictures
• Limited time frame (this offer expires in 24 hours)
• Sweetening the pot (add extras, could be price reduction but does not have to be)

Other elements to consider:

• famous people endorsing product
• testimonials
• remember different types of persuasion (bandwagon, etc.)
• lots of visuals!
