Canvas - Turn In Assignment

Options - Read this first!

*Any movie you download or create a file (.mp4), upload to Canvas via Arc.  See video.

*If your presentation creates a link, copy the link and submit to Canvas via Website URL option. (Thinglink, Powtoon and Adobe Spark create links.)

*If you uploaded your file to Google Drive, you can use the Google Drive tab to attach to the assignment.  This option may or may not work.  If it doesn't work, you will need to share the link and copy into Website URL option.  See directions below for setting up sharing options so your teacher can view.

How to turn in your video via Arc

Mrs. Rodina, TIS

Copy link to Canvas - Website URL

  1. If you are using a site like Thinglink that creates a web link for your project, start by copying the link. *Make sure your item is not set to private, so that your teacher can view it.
  2. Go to Canvas and the assignment page.
  3. Instead of File Upload, choose Website URL tab.
  4. Paste the link into the Website URL box.
  5. Click Submit.
