• Choose "Start Recording for Free" and "Launch Free Recorder". 
• Launch recorder and hit the Record button.
• When you are done, save to Google Drive. 
• Go to Assignment<Submit<Text Entry<Google Drive. 
• Find your video and upload. 
• Voila!

From Desktop/PC:

• Go to Assignment<Submit<Text Entry<ARC.
• Choose Webcam.
