BV Care Tickets 

While I love receiving emails, I love BV Care tickets even more. Please submit BV Care tickets for questions, Accessit help, tech support, billing, and extra love and support. I am here to help, so please do not wait to submit a ticket or think I am too busy (I will make time - you and your students are important) or think you have a silly question (all questions are good and help me know what to share with others).

 

Billing

Just a reminder of our process for billing

Lost Books: Lost books will be billed at the end of the year. We will communicate the process at a later time.

Damaged Books: Items marked damaged will be billed immediately in the system.  |  Directions

Students Leaving the District: Reach out to Becca with Student ID# and book information via a BV Care Ticket.  The bill will appear the next day. If you have a circumstance where the family needs to pay that day, work with your bookkeeper to add the bill.

Other circumstances you need to bill:  Reach out to Becca.  

 

End of Semester Reports

We recently updated the Libguide to provide information about creating an End of Semester or End of Year report.  Reports are a great way to advocate for your role as an instructional leader and the many things you do! Click here to view.

 

 

PebbleGo and Classlink

Becca emailed all elementary librarians about rostering with Classlink and PebbleGo. For more information, click here.  

 

Libguides Link Checker

Check to see if you have any “dead” links by going to the top toolbar in Libguides.  

Choose Tools > Link Checker.

In the Owner column, type your name to populate your created links. 

You can delete (see trash can icon) or exclude the link. If you exclude it, it will keep the link, and the link will never appear on the Link Checker list again.

If you want to edit the link, click the pencil icon to update the link.
